Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All book orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship via standard postal and courier services within the United States. Estimated delivery times typically range from 3–10 business days, depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor delivery progress.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Power Up Nursing is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work with reliable carriers, delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can assist.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available upon request. Additional shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Return & Exchange Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for books within 14 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of printed materials, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for books that have been used, damaged after delivery, or purchased in error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
Return Process

Include your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
